2 Boiled Egg

mackerel

Steamed Fish(Mackerel)

Salt (as required)

Steamed Fish(Mackerel)

Preparation

  1. Place the beans in a bowl and add 200 ml of water to cover it. Leave it to soak for 40 mins.
  2. Blend all peppers and onions and add the stock cubes and crayfish powder.
  3. Place the mixture in a container. Add salt to taste and vegetable oil. Stir the mixture well.
  4. Scoop the mixture in small quantities into small Tupperware containers.
  5. Add half a boiled egg, as much mackerel as desired per portion and seal the container.
  6. Place Tupperware in a pot of boiling water. Cook till well done. This typically takes approx. 40 mins.
  7. To ensure it is cooked, place a knife through the Moin Moin. If the knife is stained with Moin Moin residue paste, then it is not complete.
