Rinse the rice in a pot, add 1 litre of water, and place the pot on the stove.
Add butter, stock cubes, curry powder, chilli powder, soy sauce, diced pepper, vegetable oil and sesame oil. Bring the mixture to boil for 20 mins.
Add prawns and vegetables to the mixture and stir well.
Stir the mixture well and simmer until the rice is cooked, adding water as necessary, for approx. 20 mins.
