Pepper soup spice (Seasoning found in most Afro-Caribbean shops)

2 tbsp

tilapia

Fish (Tilapia, Sea Brim, or Catfish taste best)

500g

catfish fillets

Catfish fillets

100g

water

600ml Water

onions

Diced onion (optional)

1 piece

maggi

Maggi (optional)

2 cubes

Preparation

  1. Place the fish and catfish fillets in a pot with 600 ml of water; add the pepper soup spice and the optional items.
  2. Bring the mixture to boil and allow it to simmer for 30 mins stirring periodically.
