Preparation
- Blend the jute leaves, locust beans and add crayfish powder, pour the contents into a pot.
- Stir the mixture in the pot and do not cover it throughout the process.
- Cook on medium heat for about 5 mins.
- Serve with the Gbegiri (as per recipe) on the bottom, followed by Iwedu, followed by Ofe mmanu (as per the recipe) on top of this. Serve with any swallow meal (as per recipe).
