Ogiri dissolved in water

Maggi stock
4 cubes
Dry crayfish powder/shrimp powder

Preparation
- Place the fish and catfish fillets in a pot with 600 ml of water; add the pepper soup spice and the optional items.
- Bring the mixture to boil and allow it to simmer for 30 mins stirring periodically.
