Preparation
- Place the beans into a sizeable pot. Pour water to cover the beans and start cooking on medium heat.
- Bring the beans to boil on medium heat adding onions and stock cubes.
- Cook till the beans are tender, adding more water from time to time, if necessary. Always keep the water at the same level as beans while cooking.
- Overall the beans should have been cooked for around 50-70 mins based on your desired softness.
